End of 2008: The world enters the decanting phase of the global systemic crisis - Anticipations over 2008-2013 for six groups of countries experiencing very different evolutions

The global financial crisis, which went through a major tipping point in September 2008 as anticipated by LEAP/E2020 last February (1), is only the detonator of the global systemic crisis. The financial and monetary chaos of the past months were only the triggers of a series of economic, social and political crises that will from now on give the pace to the last phase of this global systemic crisis. The most severe consequences - in human, social, economic and political terms - are still ahead of us, not behind. In this October edition of the GEAB (N°28), we therefore chose to establish the anticipatory schedule of the so-called « decanting phase », i.e. a phase along which the outcome of the crisis begins reshaping the global system (2). Our studies thus enabled us to make anticipations for the 2008-2013 period and for 6 groups of countries differently impacted by the 4 specific sequences of this phase: financial crisis, economic crisis, social crisis and political crisis.

Indeed, if the first three phases of the crisis were common to the whole planet because they affected the same global system inherited from 1945 and 1989, the fourth phase takes place very differently according to the country and to the specific impact of the crisis for each country. The shock was common, but the trajectories will be different from now on. In fact they constitute the process of reorganisation of the global system and prefigure the new equilibriums that will appear in the coming decade.

According to our researchers, the scale of the impact phase of the crisis' outcome on the various countries of the planet commensurates with their degree of resistance to the explosion of the « financial detonator » that went off one year ago. The more a country is « immune » to this financial shock, the better it will cross over the crisis. LEAP/E2020 has therefore studied the situation for the main countries and regions of the world along 7 precise criteria enabling to measure their degree of « immunity » to the « financial detonator ».

. Level of household debt
. Quality of financial system and household assets
. Relative amount of public debt (municipalities and social systems included)
. Relative amount of external debt (trade and payment)
. Share of capital-based pensions on overall pension fund system.

Based on these criteria, our team was able to identify 6 major groups of countries hardly related geographically but with similar profiles.

To make the results of their study easier to read, LEAP/E2020 has decided to present them in a visual way by means of:
. a geographical map of the world highlighting these groups in six different colors
. a temporal chart of the 2008-2013 period, showing our anticipations of the duration for each of the 4 specific sequences of that decantation phase: financial crisis, economic crisis, social crisis and political crisis.

Area 1 gathers countries where none of the 7 criteria altogether is immune to the financial crisis, i.e. the United States, the United Kingdom and Iceland.

Area 2 gathers countries where 5 to 6 out of the 7 criteria are very sensitive to the « financial detonator », i.e. North American (Canada and Mexico) or European countries (Switzerland, Baltic states, Spain).

Area 3 gathers countries where 4 out of the 7 criteria are very sensitive to the financial crisis, i.e. Asia, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Scandinavia.


Area 4 gathers countries where 3 out of the 7 criteria are sensitive to the financial shock, i.e. the Euro zone, new EU-member states and the largest economies of Latin America.

Area 5 is special because it gathers countries characterized by an 8th criterion which appeared consistent and relevant to add to the study, and that is the degree of political, military and financial dependence on countries belonging to Area 1. These countries will be directly affected by the severe consequences of the crisis on Area 1, namely in terms of political stability. For instance: significant reduction of military support, suppression of food aid,... This group includes oil-producing countries of the Persian Gulf, as well as Taiwan or Colombia.

Area 6 gathers countries where the financial crisis barely has any impact or a very indirect one because their economy is hardly developed, i.e. most developing countries.

As regard to the temporal sequence of events along the phase of decantation, LEAP/E2020 tried to quantify the duration of each of the 4 sequences, i.e. of the financial, economic, social and political crises. Hereafter is presented the result of our anticipation for each of the 6 areas previously described.

The estimation of the duration of each of the 4 sequences was based on the three precise criteria:

1. Scope of the outcome of the crisis, as anticipated by LEAP/E2020, for the areas concerned. The more an area gathers countries where the consequences will be heavy, the longer the crisis will take.

2. Presence or not of a major social crisis and of a major political crisis. These two types of consequences will considerably lengthen the crisis because they will slow down all decision-making processes and aggravate the country's difficulties, and also because they imply that the country concerned finds a new political and social equilibrium (which can take time and be painful).

3. Degree of preparedness of the country's ruling elites (and to a lesser extent of the general public) to cope with the profound required reappraisal of the current system. The less they are prepared, the longer the identification of effective solutions will take.

GEAB N°32 is available! 4th quarter 2009 – Beginning of Phase 5 of the global systemic crisis: phase of global geopolitical dislocation

- Public announcement GEAB N°32 (February 16, 2009) -

Back in February 2006, LEAP/E2020 estimated that the global systemic crisis would unfold in 4 main structural phases: trigger, acceleration, impact and decanting phases. This process enabled us to properly anticipate events until now. However our team has now come to the conclusion that, due to the global leaders’ incapacity to fully realise the scope of the ongoing crisis (made obvious by their determination to cure the consequences rather than the causes of this crisis), the global systemic crisis will enter a fifth phase in the fourth quarter of 2009, a phase of global geopolitical dislocation.

According to LEAP/E2020, this new stage of the crisis will be shaped by two major processes happening in two parallel sequences:

A. Two major processes:
1. Disappearance of the financial base (Dollar & Debt) all over the world
2. Fragmentation of the interests of the global system’s big players and blocks

B. Two parallel sequences:
1. Quick disintegration of the current international system altogether
2. Strategic dislocation of big global players.

We had hoped that the decanting phase would give the world’s leaders the opportunity to draw the proper conclusions from the collapse of the global system prevailing since WWII. Alas, at this stage, it is no longer possible to be optimistic in this regard (1). In the United States, as in Europe, China and Japan, leaders persist in reacting as if the global system has only fallen victim to some temporary breakdown, merely requiring loads of fuel (liquidities) and other ingredients (rate drops, repurchase of toxic assets, bailouts of semi-bankrupt industries,…) to reboot it. In fact (and this is what LEAP/E2020 means ever since February 2006 using the expression « global systemic crisis”), the global system is simply out of order; a new one needs to be built instead of striving to save what can no longer be saved.

History is not known to be patient, therefore the fifth phase of the crisis will ignite this required process of reconstruction, but in a harsh manner: by means of a complete dislocation of the present system, with particularly tragic consequences in the case of several big global players, as described in this 32nd issue of the GEAB (see the two parallel sequences).

According to LEAP/E2020, there is only one very small launch window left to prevent this scenario from shaping up: the next four months, before summer 2009. Practically speaking, the April 2009 G20 Summit is probably the last chance to put on the right tracks the forces at play, i.e. before the sequence of UK and then US defaults begin (2). Failing which, they will lose their capacity to control events (3), including those in their own countries for many of them; and the world will enter this phase of geopolitical dislocation like a “drunken boat”. At the end of this phase of geopolitical dislocation, the world will look more like Europe in 1913 rather than our world in 2007.

Because they persisted in bearing the ever-increasing weight of the ongoing crisis, most states, including the most powerful ones, failed to realise that they were planning their own trampling under the weight of History, forgetting that they were merely man-made organisations, only surviving because they matched the interest of a large majority. In this 32nd edition of the GEAB, LEAP/E2020 has chosen to anticipate the fallout of this phase of geopolitical dislocation so far as it affects the United-States, EU, China and Russia.

It is high time for the general population and socio-political players to get ready to face very hard times during which whole segments of our societies will be modified (4), temporarily disappear or even permanently vanish. For instance, the breakdown of the global monetary system we anticipated for summer 2009 will indeed entail the collapse of the US dollar (and all USD-denominated assets), but it will also induce, out of psychological contagion, a general loss of confidence in paper money altogether (these consequences give rise to a number of recommendations in this issue of the GEAB).

Last but not least, our team now estimates that the most monolithic, the most « imperialistic » political entities (5) will suffer the most from this fifth phase of the crisis. Some states will indeed experience a strategic dislocation undermining their territorial integrity and their influence worldwide. As a consequence, other states will suddenly lose their protected situations and be thrust into regional chaos.

(1) Barack Obama, like Nicolas Sarkozy or Gordon Brown, spend their time chanting about the historic dimension of the crisis, but they are just hiding the fact that they fully misunderstand its nature in an attempt to clear their names from the future failure of their policies. As to the others, they prefer to persuade themselves that the problem will be solved like any normal technical problem, albeit a little more serious than usual. Meanwhile everyone continues to play by decades old rules, unaware of the fact that the game is vanishing from under their noses.

Humanism and Masonry

The dangers of Humanism and the relationship with Masonry and Freemasons.

I have long considered how this relates but I ran into an article that I will copy here and provide a link to at the bottom.

Secularization: A Segue for Humanism

Such a paradigm shift could already be underway. Among one of its chief "evangelists" is William Sims Bainbridge, sociologist and member of the National Science Foundation. Bainbridge concerns himself predominantly with the development of a new world religion, which he dubs the "Church of God Galactic." Expanding on the characteristics intrinsic to such More.. a church, Bainbridge suggests, "its most likely origins are in science fiction" ("Religions for a Galactic Civilization").

According to Bainbridge, secularization provides the religio-cultural segue for this new religion. Examining the sociological phenomenon of secularization, Bainbridge makes an interesting observation:

�Secularization does not mean a decline in the need for religion, but only a loss of power by traditional denominations. Studies of the geography of religion show that where the churches become weak, cults and occultism explode to fill the spiritual vacuum.�

Secularization has been commonly associated with atheism. Indeed, past periods of secularization have seen the decline of theistic faiths and a general rejection of traditional notions of God. No doubt, the publication of Origin of the Species and the subsequent widespread promotion of evolutionary thought had this effect. However, periods of secularization do not represent the obliteration of religion, but the preparation of the dominant religio-cultural milieu for the arrival of a new religion. Secularization and its correlative, atheism, only act as a catalyst for an enormous paradigm shift. This begins with the realization of a significant philosophical paradox intrinsic to atheism. Authors Ron Carlson and Ed Decker explain this intrinsic paradox:

�It is philosophically impossible to be an atheist, since to be an atheist you must have infinite knowledge in order to know absolutely that there is no God. But to have infinite knowledge, you would have to be God yourself. It's hard to be God yourself and an atheist at the same time!� (17)

In order to be philosophically consistent, the atheist must eventually conclude that he/she is a god. Whittaker Chambers, former member of the communist underground in America, revealed the name of this faith in one's own intrinsic divinity:

�Humanism is not new. It is, in fact, man's second oldest faith. Its promise was whispered in the first days of Creation under the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil: 'Ye shall be as gods.'� (Qutd. in Baker 206)

Simply stated, humanism is the religion of self-deification. Its god is Man, spelled with a capital M to denote the purported divinity intrinsic to humanity. Of course, this was also the religion of Freemasonry. In fact, humanism and Masonry have shared a long historical relationship. In The Keys of this Blood, deceased Vatican insider Malachi Martin examined the emergence of "a network of Humanist associations" throughout early-Renaissance Italy (518-19). These organizations represented:

�a revolt against the traditional interpretation of the Bible as maintained by the ecclesiastical and civil authorities, and against the philosophical and theological underpinnings provided by the Church for civil and political life.� (519)

Although these groups espoused an ostensible belief in God, their notions of a Supreme Being were largely derivative of the Kabbala:

�Not surprisingly given such an animus, these associations had their own conception of the original message of the Bible and of God's revelation. They latched onto what they considered to be an ultrasecret body of knowledge, a gnosis, which they based in part on cultic and occultist strains deriving from North Africa-notably, Egypt-and, in part, on the classical Jewish Kabbala.� (519)

Thirty-third Degree Freemason Albert Pike revealed that "all the Masonic associations owe to it [the Kabbala] their Secrets and their Symbols" (Pike 744). According to Martin, however, this ancient Hebraic doctrine was modified considerably by the early humanists:

�Whether out of historical ignorance or willfulness of both, Italian humanists bowdlerized the idea of Kabbala almost beyond recognition. They reconstructed the concept of gnosis, and transferred it to a thoroughly this-worldly plane. The special gnosis they sought was a secret knowledge of how to master the blind forces of nature for a sociopolitical purpose.� (519-20)

Many of the semiotic artifacts comprising the early humanists's iconography and jargon were also directly related to Masonry:

�Initiates of those early humanist associations were devotees of the Great Force--the Great Architect of the Cosmos--which they represented under the form of the Sacred Tetragrammaton, YHWH, the Jewish symbol for the name of the divinity that was not to be pronounced by mortal lips. They borrowed other symbols--the Pyramid and the All-Seeing Eye--mainly from Egyptian sources.� (Martin 520)

The Great Architect of the Cosmos, the All-Seeing Eye, and the Pyramid also comprise the esoteric semiology of Freemasonry. What is the explanation for all of these commonalities? According to Martin, these shared characteristics were the result of a merger between the humanists and the old Mason guilds:

�In other northern climes, meanwhile, a far more important union took place, with the humanists. A union that no one could have expected. In the 1300s, during the time that the cabalist--humanist associations were beginning to find their bearings, there already existed--particularly in England, Scotland and France-medieval guilds of men who worked with ax, chisel and mallet in freestone. Freemasons by trade, and God-fearing in their religion, these were men who fitted perfectly into the hierarchic order of things on which their world rested.� (521)

Evidently, there couldn't have been two organizations that were more diametrically opposed than Masonry and humanism:

�No one alive in the 1300s could have predicted a merger of minds between freemason guilds and the Italian humanists. The traditional faith of the one, and the ideological hostility to both tradition and faith of the other, should have made the two groups about as likely to mix as oil and water.� (Martin 522)

Nevertheless, the late 1500s would witness the amalgamation of these two groups (Martin 522). The most evident corollary of this organizational coalescence was a noticeable difference in recruiting practices:

�As the number of working or 'operative,' freemasons diminished progressively, they were replaced by what were called Accepted Masons--gentlemen of leisure, aristocrats, even members of royal families--who lifted ax, chisel and mallet only in the ultrasecret symbolic ceremonies of the lodge, still guarded by the 'Charges' and the 'Mason Word.' The 'speculative' mason was born. The new Masonry shifted away from all allegiance to Roman ecclesiastical Christianity.� (Martin 522)

Indeed, the new Masonic doctrine appeared to be one that thoroughly eschewed Christian concepts:

�There was no conceptual basis by which such a belief could be reconciled with Christianity. For precluded were all such ideas as sin, Hell for punishment and Heaven for reward, and eternally perpetual Sacrifice of the Mass, saints and angels, priest and pope.� (522)

The new Mason was no longer an architect of freestone. Instead, he was an architect of the technocratic Utopia mandated by Bacon's New Atlantis. His god was Man himself, an emergent deity sculpted by the Kabbalistic golem of nature through the occult process of "becoming." Of course, this concept would later be disseminated on the popular level as Darwinism and the world would call it "evolution."

These humanist-Masonic concepts remain firmly embedded within the science fiction genre. In an interview with humanist David Alexander, Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry commented:

�As nearly as I can concentrate on the question today, I believe I am God; certainly you are, I think we intelligent beings on this planet are all a piece of God, are becoming God.� (568)

In addition to espousing this core precept of the humanist-Masonic religion, Roddenberry's Star Trek presented a technocratic world government under the appellation of the "Federation." Of course, one could argue that such concepts are simply part of an innocuous fiction concocted for entertainment. According to Bainbridge, however, there is "government-encouraged research" devoted to the realization of "the Star Trek prophecies" ("Memorials"). Apparently, the demarcations between fact and fiction are becoming increasingly indiscernible.

As science fiction vigorously proselytizes the masses in the humanist-Masonic religion, the spiritual vacuum left by secularization is being filled. As Bainbridge previously stated, the immediate elements to supplant the orthodox ecclesiastical authority are "cults and occultism" ("Religions for a Galactic Civilization"). The contemporary religious counterculture movement has most vividly expressed itself through the explosion of scientistic cults in the late twentieth and early twenty-first century. Bainbridge himself has been actively involved with some of these cults, which act as working models for his Church of God Galactic.

I provided this article to add more background to the effects that humanism has upon humankind today. Humanism is being marketed to masses of people as the proper way to deal with mankinds issues. I also like the attention given to how the article ties into the Masons from way back. This is all interesting.
Humanism is the worship of Man. It is the same old tired religion from back in the days of Nimrod. Just repackaged and presented as a new and fresh thing that all mankind will attain one day.

Spiritual pyramid is spiritual covering

Keep in mind a typical pyramid structure. Now read the following exerpt from A Review of Pyramid Doctrine by Scott Wallace Brians.

"This structure is in complete disagreement with the family view portrayed by Jesus, the Lord, for the Church. Jesus said that we are all brothers and sisters, and therefore are all on the same level, none higher than the others. This is godly order, as opposed to the chaos
initiated by the pyramid structure... brother - sister - brother - sister - brother - sister or alternatively son of God - son of God - son of God - son of God - son of God. The pyramid structure is an invention of religion. Every religion has it. But Christianity is not a religion. How is it that religious forms have infiltrated the church?

The pyramid structure is one of coercion, one of control, one of manipulation and violence. Since the devil is not omnipresent, he must rely on pyramid schemes to keep things under control. Where the Holy Spirit can work upon all believers simultaneously, and therefore has no need for pyramid command structures, the devil must handle his sheep differently. The devil would like to influence just one person, and have that one person steer the rest. The first appearance of the pyramid structure came with Constantine. Realizing that annihilating the Church was impossible, he decided to co-op it. Mixing Christianity with every other religion under the sun, he effectively destroyed it. Out of this intermingling arose the Catholic Church, which is organized like a civil government, as opposed to the heavenly family. The pyramid structure is the result. When Martin Luther promoted his theses questioning the doctrine of the Catholic Empire, a splinter branch sprouted. But he never questioned the command structure of the pyramid - at least not publicly or effectively. All other denominations and movements (including the independent ones) have done the exact same thing. Some highly intelligent member of the group discovers that doctrine XYZ is incorrect. After perceiving that the internal friction is so great disallowing a correction of the doctrine, he decides to start his own splinter group. At first, his splinter group is described as a sect and so-forth, but once established, it is then accepted as legitimate. Of all the corrected doctrines over the past few centuries, one lie has been left untouched. This is the doctrine of the pyramid structure. And when we consider all the false doctrines, one understands that the false doctrines have one goal - to justify the pyramid structure, and expand its power. This document confronts these schemes head-on.

The pyramid does not end with the local church, but continues to grow unbounded save the confines imposed by the planet earth. There are highly negative consequences to forming pyramids as command structures as opposed to living as Christ and His apostles instructed us. "

This is how dangerous this little doctrine has become and it even exists among the Jehovah's Witnesses. The witnesses do say that brothers and sisters are all equal but is that truly the case. There is irrefutable evidence that the covering doctrine or pyramid doctrine is at work among the hierarchical arrangement of congregation-elders-circuit overseers-district overseers-branch-governing body. This may be downplayed but it exists and plays against Jesus Christ ultimate example of faithfulness.

Galatians 5:1-6 says it well. There is freedom in Christ and you step away from that freedom if you choose to be bound by "law". This law that is spoken of is not the "Law" of Moses but written rules that we take on personally that are given to us or that we make up for ourselves that guide our worship. We seem to think that things done within this "law" such as our activity in the field ministry and obedience to elders has some value to Jehovah. It doesn't. Gal 5:6 states those things have no value but faith operating through love does.

Gal 5:4 mentions "undeserved kindness". I like to use the form of this word in the NIV. "Grace". This is a much more loving rendering of this Greek word and relays how much God does love us and wants freedom for us.

Be aware that preaching against this pyramid structure will not gain you points in this world because so many things in it are within this structure. Have faith in Jesus and have his blood be your covering not some pyramid scheme thought up by Satan. Look outside the context of the Watchtower.

The Watchtower wants you to believe that Jesus selected the Watchtower as your spiritual covering. How can this be when Jesus himself already said that he was all you needed?

Political Breakdown

Let me be clear. Republicans and Democrats.

Republican approach to Christianity is haphazard at best. The Christian right's supporters have no love for anyone different than themselves and so their Christianity becomes an empty shell of itself containing nothing but death.

Democratic approach of liberalism contains too much leftist rhetoric focused on humanism and self fulfillment and it leaves no place for Jesus to have any effect on our lives. Unity sounds very good in speeches but if it is unity that leaves Jesus out as its unifier, then it is not unity at all. It is idolatry.

Possible 2300 year prophesy tie in

"The reason behind the foundation of these Masonic orders was that until 1723 all freemasons had to be Christian Trinitarians (believing in the Father, Son and Holy Ghost). In 1723 freemasonry was declared open to all ‘good men and true who were not atheists or irreligious libertines’ so it remained necessary to believe in a Supreme Being but not necessary to be a Christian Trinitarian. Pope Clement XII found this unacceptable and in 1738 published a Papal Bull known as In Eminenti Apostolatus Specular, which excommunicated all those who were either freemasons or assisted them unless they renounced their freemasonry. This was particularly painful in France where both freemasonry and the influence of the Pope were widespread and naturally freemasons looked for a way of pursuing their Masonic interests but avoiding the dire consequences. It was in this atmosphere that it is thought the Knight Templar Order (and most probably the Malta Order) was established."

I usually don't like to speak about prophetic years and such but because of my background as a Jehovah's witness I must have gotten the bug. I find myself looking at the dates closer and closer trying to put the pieces together. I am really not looking to prove anything just can't seem to stop myself. So here I go.

I have been looking for a possible tie in for the 2300 years that was spoken of in Daniel 8:13-14.

I have looked at what some were saying about the year 544 bc and happened to add 2300 solar years to it. This is a mistake I believe for anyone who is looking at prophecy. Days in prophecy are the same as days for anyone else. It has a night and day. The thing that is different from today and back then is how we count a year.

In the bible a prophetical year is only 360 days. Our calendar has 365.25 days which is a solar year.

Ok now translating that. 540-544 bc was around the time that Cyrus was set to prophetically capture Babylon. 2300 prophetic years later we have 1723. 2300 prophetic years are equal to 2267 solar years.

In that year we have what was called the Masonic Constitution (above). This was a change which I think allowed Masonry to infiltrate all corners of religions and institutions everywhere. The history of masonry is steeped in mystery.

In a sense it rides on the back of religion, economics, business, and all places where power seems to reside. Since 1723 it has seemingly been striving to exist at the top of all of these entities and direct the world from there. Especially where the USA comes into it. Everyone knows that freemasonry was heavily involved in the founding of the country. USA has remained the most powerful entity on earth.

Masonry prides itself on having origins from Babylon itself. I have struggled with who Babylon the great represents. I thought at one time that it was Catholicism because most religions have them as their origin although most won't acknowlege it. Monitarily speaking though it is a hard sell. Freemasonry does though have an economic system and those in power that can control it all over the world.

Interestingly Catholicism even has a hard time keeping Masons out of their ranks. Freemasonry can turn up in the oddest of places but always seems to be at the top of the food chain.

In the bible at Daniel 6:4 it describes the first of 4 beasts. This beast was to eventually walk like a man and have the heart of a man. Interestingly the king of Babylon, Nebechadnezzar, also like that ate grass like a beast for 7 years and eventually came around and became like a man again. Today there is one thing that most humans grapple with that is very similar to this. It is Evolution.

Evolution is the study of how man evolved from some sort of beast to walk upright and eventually become a man like we are today. Darwinism eventually developed from this to give us the "survival of the fittest" montra. This creates a system for the elite so that they can continue to opress individuals they feel are less than themselves in good conscience. The history of evolution and Freemasonry is tied together with humanism or nature worship.

I don't know how such an integrated system such as Babylon the Great could be burned and destroyed if it is so interconnected with existing systems. I guess we should be prepared for amazement. How ever it works, all of its works will be revealed in the process of it being destroyed.

If by chance 1723 was the date that the holy place was cleansed, then what occured? Well Adventists now believe that the holy place was heaven. If this is so then the holy place was cleansed at that time. Dan 8:14. This means that Satan was kicked out and thrown to earth at that time. This would coincide with the rise of the pervasive Freemasons.

This is just one of many theories out there of the possibilities of the 2300 days...

New hoodie fad is evil and dangerous

I know most folks would think the following video is just a fad and something that will just disappear. It is a new type of hoodie jacket. This hoodie zips up the head of the wearer which allows a person to hide their identity pretty easily. I think the following is bad for several reasons.

I hate sounding like a conspiracy theorist. At some point we gotta start looking at things for what they are. Hoodies of this nature are not needed. Matter of fact if they never entered mainstream, they would not be missed. The media is pushing this element into society and targeting young minority males. This will catch on in exactly the places it should not and these hoodies will turn up in a violent crime. It is guaranteed. Please review the following and be aware that there are people behind this product that do not care about you and feel it is necessary to exploit not only the consumers but the people who are affected by the very use of it on the street. The manufactures need for money from this product is second to their driving hate for humanity and Christian Morals.
